Supporting data for "Application of Retinal-nerve-fiber-layer Optical Texture Analysis (ROTA) in Glaucoma"

Version 1
Description

Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness characterised by chronic degeneration of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs). However, the diagnosis and monitoring of glaucoma is sometimes challenging, especially in late stages of disease. Retinal-nerve-fiber-layer optical texture analysis (ROTA) is an algorithm that combines the thickness and reflectance measurements of RNFL obtained from OCT scans, uncovering the trajectory and optical texture of the axonal fiber bundles across the retina.
