This dataset provides the minimal data underlying the findings of the manuscript submitted to Neurophotonics:Cellular-resolution OCT reveals layer-specific retinal mosaics and ganglion cell degeneration in mouse retina in vivo. Contents include: - Data_Summary.xlsx: raw numerical values supporting Figures (image quality metrics, speckle contrast, SSIM, cross-correlation, RGC soma counts, GCC thickness). - Figures folder: original figure panels in TIFF format and a supplementary movie (MPEG).
