OIMHS dataset
Version 1OIMHS dataset consists of 3859 B-scan images of 119 patients with pixel annotation of retina, macular hole, intraretinal cysts, and choroid. The quality of each image was evaluated including low signal strength, signal shield and image blur. We believe this dataset will allow interested researchers to better segment macular holes and train their models, which will benefit the further development of macular hole segmentation and clinical research.
