This record provides a de-identified dataset of ocular wavefront–derived vergence coefficients in myopic candidates for corneal refractive surgery examined at Fondation Rothschild (Paris, France) between 2013 and 2025. Measurements were acquired with the OPD-Scan III (Nidek) using automated spatial dynamic skiascopy and centered on the corneal vertex. Inclusion criteria for this public release are: objective myopia (sphere ≤ −0.50 D and spherical equivalent ≤ −0.50 D), no recorded ocular comorbi
