Version 1Immunohistochemically stained 20-µm-thick radial sections of retina through the optic nerve head, stained for βIII-tubulin (green; Ai and Aii) or Brn3a (green) and Islet-1 (red; Aiii and Aiv), taken from Group 2a eyes (Ai and Aiii) and Group 2b eyes (Aii and Aiv) with the ganglion cell layer (GCL) labelled.
